Located just 10 minutes north of Toronto Pearson Airport and only 5 minutes from the OLG Slots and Woodbine Racetrack! The new Wet & Wild Toronto water park is just 10 minutes away and the Humber Arboretum is located adjacent to our Residence building, with gardens and jogging paths that run along the Humber river. North Campus offers both dorms and double suite style rooms.

Dorms (max 1 capacity)

• 1 single bed

• Shared bathroom facilities on each floor

• TV in common lounges

Double Suites (max 4 capacity)

• 2 lockable bedrooms with 1 double bed in each

• Private washroom with shower

• Kitchenette equipped with a table, 2 chairs, full sized refrigerator with freezer, microwave & sink (utensils and dinnerware not included)

• Cable TV in common lounges

Located in New Toronto, nestled on the shores of Lake Ontario, in a park-like setting, steps from streetcar access to Downtown Toronto. Visit Colonel Samuel Smith Park, a 3 minute walk from campus with a large waterfront view over Lake Ontario and Downtown Toronto. Lakeshore Campus offers double suites (max 4 capacity) only.
